Quality

Controlled at every step. Proven at the end.

From goods-in inspection to the signed certificate, every part moves through a controlled sequence — measured, logged and traceable at each station.

The sequence

Five gates.
No exceptions.

A part can't move to the next station until the previous gate is signed off — and every gate writes to the batch record.

01

Goods-in

Parts counted, inspected and lot-tagged against the PO and drawing revision.

02

Pre-treatment

Cleaning and surface prep, with bath chemistry verified before the load goes in.

03

Process

Rectifier programmed per load by our software — surface area calculated, current profile logged.

04

Inspection

Film thickness, seal quality and visual checks against the governing specification.

05

Release

CoC signed, doc pack compiled, parts packed and dispatched — records retained.

Accreditation pathway

Built to AC7108.
NADCAP in 2027.

The facility was designed from day one to the operational requirements of AC7108 — the NADCAP audit criteria for chemical processing — from tank layout and solution control to record retention.

NADCAP certification is targeted for 2027.
